Our studio policies 〰️
First Timers:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to receive an introduction from your instructor, go over any injuries or limitations you may have, and discuss any questions or concerns before class begins.
pre class nutrition & hydration:
please drink water throughout the day and before class
eat a light meal or snack 1- 2 hours before class

since our classes are heated, this will help prevent discomfort

we provide mats and all necessary equipment but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer
Arrival policy
We ask all clients arrive on time for scheduled classes
arrive 10 minutes early to allow check in at front desk, getting settled, and speak with instructor if needed
late arrivals may not be permitted to join class, as it can disrupt the session and impact experience of other clients
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations to your class must be completed 8 hours before scheduled class
all cancellations within 8 hours of class or a failure to attend (no-show) is considered a late cancel. penalty charge depending on package.
cancellation fees are automatically charged overnight after the fee is incurred
