Cancellations: Clients must cancel within the stated window (typically 12-8 hours before class) to avoid forfeiting the session.
Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Participation in heated classes involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including injury, dehydration, or other health complications.
By signing our waiver and attending classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Fire Form Fitnesss, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable to any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.

Studio Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all participants must:
Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols.
Arrive on time and avoid disrupting ongoing classes.
Refrain from using cell phones during sessions.
Respect personal space and hygiene standards, particularly in a heated studio.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from class or suspension of membership.
Membership Terms

Memberships may automatically renew depending on plan type; you may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing cycle.
